ROSEBUD AND BACK RIDE 19TH OCTOBER 2008

The plan is to head down to Rosebud where we will take a break, tuck into a complete breakfast, jump back on our bikes and head back up the peninsula. Depending on the route taken the distances will be between 160 and 180km.  But you don't have to ride it all. You can do some, take a break in one of the support vehicles, get your bike out and do some more as the urge takes you.

For the entry fee of $100.00

You will receive:

  • Fully escorted mechanical support
  • Support car for those who want to have a break or do not want to do the full distance
  • Commemorative SBR Short sleeve team jersey
  • Discounted SBR Knicks and vest
  • Sports drinks energy bars and snacks on the road
  • Commemorative DVD with all riders featured in both still pictures and action video
  • Minor medical support as required
  • Late breakfast - early lunch under canvas at one of the most picturesque parks on the peninsula where you can watch the thousands of other riders coming past in both directions
  • Pre ride servicing night
  • Training tips and program guidelines
  • Training rides on the lead up to the event
  • Lucky draw and spot prizes for all participants on the day.
